The AC Hotel Los Angeles South Bay is a multi-use architectural design project by AXIS/GFA’s Los Angeles studio. The highly anticipated project at Elevon Campus delivers a sophisticated blend of hospitality amenities and office space minutes away from Los Angeles International Airport, and was a substantial project incorporating nearly 100,000 square feet of space.

AXIS/GFA’s design for the property was boldly inspired by the hotel’s surrounding aviation and tech industries. With a blend of angular and curved surfaces inspired by aeronautical shapes and airfoils, the building’s forms, lines and profiles reflect the visual imagery of flight and avionics. Crowning the hotel is a rooftop restaurant and bar, purposefully oriented with sweeping views of the new Los Angeles stadium and LAX and providing an elegant and one-of-a-kind destination for plane-spotting over cocktails.

The AC Hotel Los Angeles South Bay was developed and managed by El Segundo’s Welcome Group with interior design expertise by Design Force. Credit also to LRM Landscape Architecture and KGM Architectural Lighting.
