AXIS/GFA was retained by Fulton Avenue Ventures as the Architect of Record for the design of a new build mixed-use rental apartment development at W. 7th Street in Koreatown, Los Angeles. Featuring 166 residential units with a mix of studios and one and two bedroom suites over six floors, the development will include ground floor commercial and retail space as well as a fitness center, pool, and other amenities.
The AXIS/GFA team has been a great collaborator throughout the entire design process, quickly interpreting our needs with appreciated responsiveness. We are certainly looking forward to working with the AXIS/GFA team to bring more opportunities like this to reality.
