In case you missed it, our Victory Northgate affordable housing development in Seattle was recently featured in the Pacific Northwest’s commercial real estate development publication The Registry.

A 100% affordable housing project designed by AXIS/GFA’s Seattle studio, Victory Northgate includes 184 non-market housing units over six stories, and includes street level retail and commercial spaces. A project on behalf of GMD Development, with general contracting expertise provided by Sierra, construction is anticipated to start in early 2024.
