In case you missed it, AXIS/GFA is proud to announce that our latest multi-family residential housing project in the Pacific Northwest – our iVista@Alderwood Apartments project – received approval to proceed by Lynwood, Washington City Council.
A project on behalf of Cosmos Development, AXIS/GFA’s plan for the development includes 256 residential units over eight stories across 360,000 sf of space – space which includes ground-floor retail and commercial lots, as well as a dedicated “clubhouse” complete with gym, co-working area, and movie theatre for residents. Construction is to be five levels of Type III-A wood over three levels of Type I-A concrete.
