With our increasing reputation in the Sacramento market, construction has started on our latest Northern Californian hotel project – the AC Hotel Sacramento.

Construction progress on the AC Sacramento Hotel, a Northern California hotel design by hotel architect AXIS/GFA

Construction rapidly proceeding on the AC Hotel Sacramento project, a Northern California hotel designed by California hotel architect AXIS/GFA.

A new ground-up eight-story project in the heart of downtown Sacramento, the AC Hotel Sacramento will feature 179 guestrooms, below grade valet parking, and a lobby bar and lounge fronting Sacramento’s trendy 7th Street thoroughfare. The exterior facade is composed of tessellated metal panels that will create a shimmering beacon for the burgeoning downtown dining and entertainment area. The interiors take their cues from Sacramento’s agricultural ace – the almond – with warm subtle textures and layers throughout. Construction is slated for completion in the fall of 2023.
