First Hill Mixed-Use Residential Building Crafted by Seattle Studio of AXIS/GFA Architecture and Design

815 9th Avenue in Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood manifests a tasteful blend of contemporary and traditional architectural elements. This eight-story residential development, once completed, will feature 96 market rate small efficiency units. The design, drawing inspiration from the neighborhood’s historic edifices, incorporates red brick, steel, and high-quality fiber cement paneling. While paying homage to the past, modern architectural expressions help distinguish it from its neighbors. The building will also offer multiple indoor and outdoor amenity spaces, bicycle storage, and a garage for eleven vehicles, making it a well-rounded addition to the First Hill community.
