AC Hotel by Marriott Pasadena Hotel Design
Located in the vibrant Pasadena Playhouse District, the new-build, six-story AC Hotel by Marriott comprises 110,000 sf of versatile hospitality, dining and retail space. Envisioned by the Welcome Group conglomerate, the developers commissioned architects AXIS/GFA, contractors R.D. Olson Construction, and designers Wild Muse Interiors to bring their unique vision to fruition. The 194 key hotel features 5,000 sf of leasable ground floor retail space, a full service restaurant on a busy pedestrian intersection, and a stunning rooftop bar with mountain views. With dynamic Trespa paneling, tempered glass balconies, & old-world brick cladding, this project perfectly blends contemporary aesthetics with local ambiance.
Set on the Rose Parade’s direct route, the hotel’s strategic location near various eateries, shops, and the Pasadena Convention Center makes it a notable choice for both business and leisure travelers. With its completion slated for 2025, this establishment is anticipated to become a notable addition to the expanding AC Hotels portfolio in the Los Angeles region.
