AXIS/GFA Architecture + Design is extremely proud to announce that our Courtyard Los Angeles Monterey Park project was recently nominated for a 2022 Los Angeles Business Journal Commercial Real Estate Award in the Hospitality category.
Set opposite the destination Atlantic Times Square pedestrian mall, the new AXIS/GFA-designed Courtyard Los Angeles Monterey Park bookends the northern entrance to South Atlantic Boulevard just south of Interstate 10. As such, the revitalization of Monterey Park’s downtown core has been given additional momentum by way of a new destination hospitality space along South Atlantic Boulevard’s bourgeoning pedestrian thoroughfare.
