A gorgeous apartment development designed by AXIS/GFA’s Seattle office, Geo Apartments are a seven-story, 203,890 square foot high-end mixed-use residential development with 163 units, 3,000 square feet of commercial space and 141 parking spaces. AXIS/GFA completely redesigned a previously permitted project, made it code and ADA compliant, and simplified the project for constructability and value.
