King County apartment architects AXIS/GFA design the Geo Apartments in Shoreline.

Geo Apartments are a seven-story, 203,890 square foot high-end mixed-use residential development with 163 units, 3,000 square feet of commercial space and 141 parking spaces. AXIS/GFA completely redesigned a previously permitted project, made it code and ADA compliant, and simplified the project for constructability and value. Residents can benefit from its amenities such as the indoor club room and the common deck at the podium, as well as the significantly convenient neighborhood location.
