Seattle affordable housing architects AXIS/GFA design Victory Northgate.
A 100% affordable housing project designed by AXIS/GFA’s Seattle studio, Victory Northgate includes 184 non-market housing units over six stories, and includes street level retail and commercial spaces.
Featuring a unique design that incorporates three unique but harmonious façade styles each with their own mix of organic-hued and resource-inspired paneling, AXIS/GFA’s design of the development immediately creates a textured community unto itself in the bourgeoning neighborhood. A project on behalf of GMD Development, with general contracting expertise provided by Sierra, construction is anticipated to start in early 2024.
